חברת CHECKPOINT הינה החברה הגדולה ביותר בעולם בתחום ה-FIREWALL לארגונים. שרתי ה-FIREWALL שלה מותקנים ברוב החברות הגדולות בשוק ומהווים אבן יסוד במערכת האבטחה הארגונית. שרתי FIREWALL הם המחברים את החברה לאינטרנט. בשרתי FIREWALL נכתבים החוקים מי רשאי לגשת למידע הנמצא בשרתיה הפנימיים של החברה. כמו כן, בשרתי FIREWALL מתבצעת בדיקת זהות של המתחברים והוא למעשה מהווה את החומה, אותה מנסים לפרוץ ההאקרים ורובוטים, הסורקים את הרשת.
